Revenue − Discounts − Refunds = Net Revenue Net Revenue − COGS = Gross Profit Gross Profit − Shipping − Fees − Ads = Contribution Profit Contribution Profit − Fixed Costs = Net Profit Net Profit ÷ Net Revenue = Net Margin
